I stayed here as a last minute “flight was canceled for weather & needed a place for the night”. The price was incredibly reasonable and offered free shuttle service to and from the airport as well as a decent breakfast buffet in the morning. Definitely turned a bad situation around for me!

Front desk staff, very nice. They did their best to accommodate my mom who is a senior. No issues with any of them. First room we stayed, dark. Air conditioner stopped working and phone wouldn't connect with front desk. There was a smell of weed down the hall that got into our room. I didn memtiom this to front desk. We got tranfered to another room.Second room, lighter. Cleaning forgot shampoo. I only realized while showering. I ended up washing my hair with soap. Both rooms need to get renovated..stains on the bathroom walls, microwave door was lose. The breakfast was good. Waffle was not available. The waffle mixer was out of order. There was a middle age lady who kept everything cleaned. She was checking that everything was filled, tables cleaned etc. The youngest worker who started on Wed. June 24, was not as effective as the first one. She was not wearing hairnet. She looked unhappy. Shuffle, we'll, we landed at 8:40, called Shuffle at 9 and unfortunately we missed it. The Shuffle guy did not specify floor, nor he called when he got to the airport to check where we were. I had to call a friend to give us a ride cause when we call for the Shuffle again they let us know that it would take 45 minutes. We checked in almost at 11 pm. Not good. No amenities around the hotel. We took the Niagara Falls tour suggested by the front desk staff. A bit pricey but ok.

I stayed at this property for approximately four days and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The room was not properly maintained. There was visible water leakage damage on the ceiling, which gave a poor first impression. The microwave was also defective, as the turntable was not rotating. As a result, food could only be heated evenly by repeatedly stopping and rotating it manually from different angles. Another major issue was the bathtub/shower tap, which was not functioning when we checked in. Because of this, my family and I were unable to take a proper shower for the first couple of days. Although the issue was eventually fixed after we reported it, it should have been addressed before guests arrived. On the first day of our stay, we became trapped in the elevator and had to use the emergency help button before being assisted by staff. Surprisingly, the very next day, the elevator was completely out of service. We were traveling with a baby in a stroller, and having to carry the stroller up and down to the first floor was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. This situation occurred multiple times and significantly affected our comfort. The breakfast was another disappointment. During all four days of our stay, the menu remained exactly the same with little to no variety, making the experience repetitive and unappealing. Overall, I feel that staying at this property was not worth the money spent. I would not recommend this property.

The rooms were just ok. Main issue came from the shuttle taking an hour to get to us and no type of communication regarding needing to wait that long. When I tried to call the front desk to inform of shuttle location, I kept getting hung up on. This is my second stay in a 3 week period as a layover and was selected due to the shuttle. I wouldn’t rebook due to these issues and quality and cleanliness of the rooms, specifically the bathrooms

The room they put us in seems to be in the middle of a renovation, lol. I cant believe they even offer it to a guest, toilet seat very wobbly, sink look disgusting, shower is moldy. I even have to call for a toilet paper, front desk said they will get someone to bring it to our room but after an hour we cant wait any longer and had to go to the frontdesk to get it ourselves, never had to stay in a hotel and beg for toilet paper. Hotel shuttle is 30mins late, I asked for 5:45am time, they said they can only do 5:15am, were already on the lobby at 5:15. But the driver is late the front desk said he will just call a taxi for us, but of course taxi didnt show for whatever reason. The shuttle show up 30mins late. Doesnt respect time. I can also just use an uber and pay it myself but he said he already did call a taxi. I never leave bad review before, this is first. I worked in hospitality so i know how hard work it is. But this one needs to know so they can improve, or so people can avoid them. I dont complain with just one issue, but this one has a lot, cant ignore. Only good thing here is breakfast.

“Very disappointing experience at this hotel. I asked the staff for a bottle of water, and they told me the hotel didn’t have any water available. I have never experienced this at any hotel before. Basic amenities like drinking water should always be available for guests. The staff was not helpful, and overall the service was poor. I would not recommend staying here.”

The floor was sticky and did not appear to be properly cleaned, so it would have been nice if slippers had been provided. There was also a damp, musty smell in the room. The bathroom could have been cleaner as well. There was no liquid hand soap available, and only a small travel-size bar of soap was provided for four guests. Overall, cleanliness could be improved.
