Staff is super friendly! Room was decent but the hotel in general needs improvements and maybe newer appliances like, for example, the hair dryer. It’s great to have breakfast included but maybe a few extra options would be perfect.

This place was fairly ran down the shower was extremely hot and couldn't be cooled down I like hot showers but it was to hot. The room was not really clean and everything was falling apart. The building needed a lot of repairs. Rooms were ran down. Highway side really noisy as well

Mattress needs to be replaced in room 229. Big sag in the middle. Doesn’t provide a good night sleep when there are two people

I always stay here when visiting Leamington for work. Clean and newly remodeled rooms, large and cozy. Very friendly staff, they will go above and beyond to make sure you have a nice stay. Highly recommended.

Was a very nice hotel

The room was very clean,the hallway wasn't. Needs toilet brush and an air freshener. Breakfast service is excellent. Maybe adding a bit of fresh veggies or a salad would make it perfect.

Almost had to give up and find another hotel because no one was at the front desk. We arrived late due to a delayed flight (4:30 AM) but thought this would be fine as check in was listed as "anytime" and it is an airport hotel. We could not find anyone to assist us despite yelling, walking down the halls on the first level, and calling the hotel (no answer). As we were about to give up and leave, someone came out and said they were "checking on rooms" (at 4:30 AM??), offering no apology. Not very reassuring from a safety perspective, that no one is watching the front door or cameras in the middle of the night and anyone can just walk in and wander the hotel. The room itself was just fine, but had a pungent smell like men's cologne. The blackout blinds did not close all the way and the parking lot was very bright; I had to close it using hair clips. The hotel was surprisingly quiet for being close to the airport and major highway, but the AC was quite noisy when it came on. No soap in the shower. The room was clean and recently renovated, although still showing signs of its more tired former self. We did not take advantage of the breakfast buffet as we opted to sleep due to our late arrival, however, we were disturbed by housekeeping who wanted to clean our room at 10:30 (check out is 11:00). Overall, the the room was almost the value you'd expect for the price. But I would not stay here again due to the pungent smell and the concerning lack of supervision at the front desk.

We decided on this hotel because it had airport shuttle and breakfast. Shuttle was on time for both pick up and drop off however interior of this van was very neglected for all the stains on the seats . Please shampoo! Food was just ok . Would be nice to have bacon and omelettes served. Perhaps stir fried potatoes (hash browns) Our room was clean . Would be nice to have paper plates and cutlery as we had food to prepare in our room.
