Location great, Covent Gardens a short walk. Staff extremely helpful and genuinely nice. Loved the water pressure in the shower and the firmness of the pillows. Restaurant and Gin Bar very nice.

a bit of wear and tear, but not a dealbreaker for me. the hotel is literally in the best location (super close to the tube and bus lines that will take you where you want/need to go). this will be my go to the next time im in london, unless i win the lottery :)

Lovely room with excellent air con! Spotlessly clean. Highly recommend… only small issue was that we arrived early so checked in and left bags… but when we got in after the theatre there was only one person in reception and they also had to go and fetch luggage so there was quite a queue and some frustrated guests! Apart from that, was very happy with our choice.

I had the standard double room on this visit and it was pretty small. The room was clean, the water had great pressure and it was nice and hot. The walls are a bit thin, I could hear the lady in the room next to me coughing. But the location is quite fantastic!

As soon as you step into the lobby, you are transported to a luxurious hotel. The check in was smooth and quick although I think the receptionist could have been more enthusiastic and welcoming. Doubts about the hotel started creeping in my mind. The room is extremely small and compact. My first disappointment was no mini bar. No shower caps, no toothpaste. I had to call reception to get toothpaste sent. The bathroom had a foul smell of drain which I complained about. As the occasion was my wife's birthday I brought a bottle of champagne to celebrate, I asked the receptionist for ice in a bucket but that never came. When I rang reception again I was told to go and get the ice myself on the first floor. From my floor on the eight floor I went down to get the ice but no ice bucket only small plastic cups to carry the ice in. In the end I had to fill the provided bin with ice to hold my champagne bottle. I am extremely disappointed with the hotel which is well known for its name only. The accommodation and service are appalling. I wouldn't recommend the hotel. The only positive is the central location

Lovely stay at this hotel, very clean & staff were very attentive. Room was ready when we turned up at 1.30pm. Only gripe was it was a big noisy in the morning (about 7) but I think the hotel was full so understandable.

Great location and well priced for a London hotel. The cleaner smashed my glass roll on deodorant and left shards of glass all over the bathroom floor, which was treacherous. Also, I'm still waiting a week later for the waiter to take my food order......

Room was fine, hotel was fine, doorman was great! We had two rooms facing the street with a 'view', and they were the noisiest rooms i've ever stayed at in my life. Total nightmare. Otherwise it was a fine stay
