All staff are polite & friendly, the SOP is 👍🏻 and even, the atmosphere is very beautiful, lots of shady trees, the hotel area is clean, the staff is fast response, the swimming pool is also clean, my husband & I really like the type of hotel with a unique concept that is still natural with a touch of wood / natural stone but is well maintained (because almost all hotels now have a modern minimalist concept), yesterday I stayed with a baby and the staff immediately offered a baby box, there are several hotel facilities that are kids friendly too, for the taste of food & the price is also okay. Hopefully the good service will be maintained 🫶🏻

The breakfast is quite varied. There is direct access to the mall. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. I hope it stays, not just because it's new, it's really nice like this.

Batiqa is a great 3-star hotel!!! I really like the good-brand mattress and the pillows, not only are they high-quality but also long, so even though there are two pillows, they are not short, making for a very comfortable sleep. The room and bathroom are very clean, the interior is modern but warm and aesthetic, as is the lobby design, which is modern but full of local touches. My first stay at Pop Hotel Festival Citylink was very memorable, several times I have stayed at Pop hotels in other places, the rooms are a bit small, but at Pop Feslink the rooms are quite spacious and the bathrooms are also quite spacious. Check in was also not long, I arrived at 13.00 and confirmed with CS who at that time was Kak Anggi, she was very friendly and the service was also very good. The hotel is also connected to the mall so finding food is also very easy. Next time I go to Bandung, I will stay at POP Festlink Hotel again. Thank you

Thank you to the room service staff who promptly responded to requests and kept the room clean daily. Customer service was also very friendly, as was the security guard who assisted with transportation. It was a perfect stay, even though it was only for one night. The staff were very friendly. I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, and they kindly allowed me to check in right away. The room was spacious, featuring a large sofa bed by the window with a beautiful mountain view from the 12th floor. The swimming pool was also very comfortable, with pleasantly warm water. The location made the stay even better, as the hotel is just a short walk from Braga Street.

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.
