The staff very friendly. They give us enough information when staying at this hotel. I picked king size bed and the room are spacious. There are water heater to help us if we want to drink hot drink such as tea and coffee. They provide us 2 bottles mineral water in our room and refill mineral water at the hotel aisle. Breakfast at 6 - 10 am, if you choose room with breakfast. Located near shopping mall and a lot of places to try around hotel.

It's really nice to stay here, this is the second time, previously before changing the name, the staff was friendly and very helpful, I was quite bothered when checking in for birthday greetings for two rooms, but was served very well and when checking out I even left some things behind, they helped me find them and found them.. the swimming pool is also nice, the kids don't want to stop swimming.. if possible, maybe next time a children's pool under 5 years old can be added... Hopefully the service will remain OK and get better... thank you

One of the best hotels in Pamekasan, Madura, is indeed.
The hotel is clean, the service is excellent.
The food is delicious and very comprehensive.
From traditional to Western cuisine, you can choose from. There's a swimming pool for guests to use. Parking is ample, as there's an empty lot next to the hotel if the parking lot in the building is full. It's secure, as you need a card to use the elevator.

In my opinion, it's the best hotel. The service is incredibly friendly and the rooms are incredibly clean. The sheets are spotlessly clean, unlike other hotels where the sheets are sometimes stained and the room is covered in dust. Here, there's no dust at all. It's incredibly clean and comfortable.

Located right in front of Marina Plaza, a shopping center for mobile phones and accessories. This time it was not wrong to choose to staycation in Surabaya, the lobby atmosphere is very comfortable, welcomed by a friendly front office. And the best part is being chosen as the guest of the day. Got mirror plating and a cake that tastes really good. The room is quite spacious, comfortable AC and wifi that has no problems. The bathroom is also very clean. During breakfast, the employees are very friendly and helpful. There are many variations of food from western to traditional, even market snacks are available. Regarding the taste of the food, all of the things I tasted were delicious. Thank you for the service and comfort of Mercure Grand Mirama, and for choosing me as the Guest of the Day

Stayed 1 night here, really liked it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the facilities are complete, there is a gym, there are yoga classes too, if I had known from the beginning I would have joined too hehe, the swimming pool is also okay, very clean, and when there are not many people so you can swim as much as you like. Outside the lobby is also complete, there is an Indomaret Alfamart, there is even peco-peco sushi. Next time I will stay here again with my extended family

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work.
The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent.
The staff and security were friendly.
Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.
