สถานที่นั้นสวยงาม คุณสามารถใช้ออนเซ็นเป็นเวลาเกือบ 24 ชั่วโมง อาหารอร่อยมาก ซุปมิโซะที่ดีที่สุดที่ฉันมีในญี่ปุ่น ปูสดและหวาน รักสถานที่แห่งนี้

ห้องดีกว่าภาพ พนักงานทุกคนมีความเป็นมิตรและเป็นประโยชน์ สถานที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับสถานี Kawaguchiko ซึ่งใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 10-15 นาทีและมีบริการรถรับส่งฟรีจากโรงแรมไปรับและนำเราไปยังสถานี Kawaguchiko Station มันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าอัศจรรย์ที่จะอยู่ในโรงแรมนี้! รักมัน!

The room was perfect with the view. This was our first time at a Ryokan and we were not disappointed. I don't think I have ever felt that welcomed somewhere I didn't quite fit into. Thank you all for your excellent work! 😊

The whole ryokan experience was great with only 2 things that needs to be improved. First being the in-room dinner service: the staff didn't mention that meal was being served as courses and we thought the initial portion served was the entire thing. The rice was missing so I had to check with the reception on this. It was confusing on both ends as receptionist mentioned that the staff would have informed us that dinner is served 3 courses but we were not aware. Food was great and delicious but do not expect to take your own sweet time to eat. Staff will clear it within 1 hour even if you have not finished eating. Second thing was that the bidet was not working! Receptionist was informed twice and they said they will check it out but nothing was fixed.. was honestly really disappointed in this. The payable private onsen wasn't anything spectacular, not worth the JPY 3,300 IMHO.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่นอกเมืองออกไป ล้อมรอบไปด้วยเขา ทำให้บรรยากาศค่อนข้างดี เหมาะจะไปพักผ่อน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโรงแรมมีครบตามมาตรฐานญี่ปุ่นอยู่แล้ว
