交通很方便，會附贈公車卡，環境很好，還能看到動物從窗外出現，設備也相當齊全，也能燒壁爐木材取暖，只是消防警示太敏感，容易因為生火而響起；另外關於洗衣設備，入住期間故障了，後續有修復一台，可惜洗衣精還要去櫃檯買(不要用房內附贈的洗滌粉，那是洗碗的，不是洗衣服的

Great location away from downtown noise but close enough for a quick bus ride. Loved how our bus pass was included in our room rate and we used it all over town. Excellent trails nearby for biking and hiking. Staff was top-notch and addressed any issues in a timely and generous way. For the chalet that we had, it was great to have no shared walls and a private deck for 6 nights! The workout/weight room was quite disappointing -- broken, sparse and dated equipment. Overall, I would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay in the loft! It’s spacious and perfectly suited for a family. The small kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to enjoy meals “at home” whenever you like. One of the highlights was definitely the mountain view from the room—it quickly became our favorite spot. We loved spending time on the balcony, especially at sunset. Absolutely breathtaking! The hotel kindly provided us with bus passes, which is a great touch (even though we didn’t end up using them since we had a car). The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, and the city center is just a quick 5-minute drive away. Another big plus for us: there’s a playground right in front of the room, which was perfect since we were traveling with a child. It made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved everything and will definitely come back!

Good and clean

The cabin had amazing views of banff and the mountains. The beds were comfortable. The on site amenities were good. I would definitely stay there again. The check in process was easy and staff were friendly and approachable. Very comfortable stay!!

Few things to note. The place is not in downtown. It is appx 1 km from downtown. There is a bus service to downtown and the hotel provides free bus tickets to all guests. Parking at this location is crazy. The parking area is too small and cars are too close to each other and at night this becomes a nightmare. Be careful with your rental cars. Our bathroom did not have a hair dryer. Had to call and request it. The clear shower door does not close properly. We had water leaking all over the floor every time we take shower. The bathroom did not have an exhaust. Really? The bathroom door would not lock properly even if it did someone can just open it from outside. We got to the hotel around midnight and it was hard to find the elevator at night. No proper lighting in parking lot. No clear signs to locate an elevator. We got a room underground. Kitchen area was good. Pans and pots included. Staff was okay. Amenities are okay. If the bathroom issues weren’t there I would say this was a 4.

Great property, location to the main street was a little far, but easy access via public transportation what was provided free of charge by the resort. Room was spacious & clean.

Beautiful location

Hotel location was good and convenient. Room was spacious and clean. Like the full kitchen inside the room with induction stove top, microwave, pots and pans. However, facilities in gym room was lacking. The temperature inside the sauna room and steam room was not hot enough. Overall experience was great.

Little away from downtown but good bus service and hotel provides bass pass. Congested parking
