There was an issue with my room so they upgraded me to the Hilton hotel down the street ,staff went above and beyond well past check in for us thank you we had a fantastic trip

The room was fine, but there was no safe provided. The only amenity was a coffee/tea station - no restaurant on the premises. Our view of the falls was great. The elevator is old and very slow. The ride down to the falls area was very close and convenient.

A bad trip. When I checked in, the front desk moved my room to the Hilton Hotel. The air conditioner in the Hilton hotel is very noisy unless I turn it off, but after turning it off, the room will be very cold; the room is like a vacuum, air blows into the room from the corridor through the crack of the door, and the room is windy like on the street. .

The hotel gave us phone call two days ahead said we have to go to another hotel without any apologize…
The Hilton stuff was kindly to help us but during night time there was a fire alarm ringing over 30 mins and nobody told us what we should do.

Terrible hotel!! Bath tub had a block and wouldn’t drain the water, spider web and hair every here and shower gel was not refilled. Paid close to $300 and we got a room with parking lot view. The cleanliness of the hotel room and maintenance showed that no room service was done on it for ages.no access to hotel amenities from the room. Please do not book with them

Rooms were clean. Check in was chaos at 4:00, massive line up not enough staff at the counter no set line people were hot and irritated so some started cutting ahead of others. It took me 45 mins in line. Parking is not convenient and they charge 50.00 per night to self park. It was OK for a night but wouldn't go back.

the hotels premium falls view was the only great thing about this hotel. hotel staff were friendly kind and very helpful. how ever the hotel itself is very outdated. the pool area was very dirty with hair everywhere even getting stuck to ur hands in the pool. the sauna very dirty as well. my shower in my room ppipes didn't work well causing a loud noise and the shower to work improperly when using hot water. there are 21 floors in the hotel and the last level for an ice machine is floor 12. only one microwave which is located in the loby causing long lines just for the microwave alone. the view made it worth the stay but overall will never stay again

I stayed here last Friday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The room did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. As soon as we arrived, we noticed:
Hair left in the bathroom sink.
Stains and marks on the chair upholstery.
Pillowcases that appeared stained and not fresh.
Heavy condensation/moisture trapped between the window panes, making it difficult to enjoy the view we paid for.
The overall room felt dated and poorly maintained.
For a hotel in such a prime location overlooking Niagara Falls, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Instead, it felt like housekeeping and room inspections were lacking.
The only positive was the location, which is close to the Falls. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the condition of the room.
I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend it based on my experience. Management should pay much closer attention to room cleanliness and maintenance before assigning rooms to guests.

I had a room for 2 queen beds, it’s pretty okay to be honest but they need to replace the blankets and bed sheets because of smells and some stains on the blankets.
