A relaxed and great stay after a long haul! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Hotel js super convenient. If you take flight at T5, no other choice.

The staff was friendly and efficient to handle my check-in process. However, there was a very long queue late at night and i queued up for over 30 mins to get my room. The room is clean and nice despite that the style of the common area, corridor and room could tell its age which caused slight disappointment as compared with other Sofitel hotel I stayed.

位于机场五号航站楼，去市区可以坐火车快车去London Paddington Station伦敦市中心，15分钟一班很方便。这个宾馆作为旅行落脚点不错，其他就无所谓了。

Staff is efficient and helpful

Beware - hidden charges! I specifically booked this airport hotel because they have a spa pool, steam room and sauna. But when I checked in, the front desk said there’s a charge to use it. I was flabbergasted! I have stayed at over 30 hotels in N. America, Europe, and the UK with pool facilities and use was always complimentary for registered guests. The charge at this place was definitely hidden! The front desk would not even say how much it is, they said contact the spa to inquire about rates. The hotel information mentions a spa with charges for massages, facials, etc. Of course I would expect to pay a separate charge for those services. But just to use the whirl pool, sauna and steam room, I felt extremely mislead because those should be free for registered guests, like everywhere else I’ve stayed. And get this! - the charge for these facilities at Sofitel London-Heathrow is exhorbitant. When I inquired at the spa, just the whirl pool, sauna, and steam room is £40! The pool was broken but for £20 the sauna and steam room would still be available. If you order a spa treatment those are included. I had already paid enough for the room, I was not about to pay more. So disappointing! Other issues too: dark room! - NO light switch or instructions, you need a card for the lights! Phone to call front desk broken, I had to go back to reception to get help with the lights after fumbling blindly in the dark room looking for light switches!

Excellent and clean, modern hotel with all the necessary services, and a great restaurant. The hotel Wifi is untrustworthy. I am working globally with delivering remote training programs and facilitating events online. I had chosen this hotel while reading up on that they'd offer an executive wifi package. Unfortunately that is not available. The wifi was fine (20 Mb) until 3pm when all guests started checking in dropped to (3-5 Mb). My facilitation was disrupted and I had to go down to the lobby cafe (noisy) to deliver my training session. This was very unfortunate.

We cant thank your trainee staff enough for such a friendly caring reception after our flight from Miami. Dabira and Jamie were most courteous and kindly allowed early admitance to our room. This made our stay sublime as were exhausted. They selected a superb spacious room with views a large bathroom with separate bath and fantastic shower. A luxurious treat after a rather small cruise cabin! The huge bed and pillows were a dream. Ice machines are avaliable and a fridge large enough to chill my prosecco and chill food to take back to Gozo. We didnt use the gymn or laundry service this time. When we stayed for Miami departure we got lost. Not this time. It gave us time to do a recce of the Elizabeth lines for T4 early the next morning. Thank you for a comfortable luxurious stay.
