I have been here for the second time and the experience is still very good, extremely satisfied, the hotel breakfast is diverse and suitable for families with children. The staff is enthusiastic from the moment I step foot in the door, Mr. Thanh and Mr. Duy are very nice and enthusiastic in supporting. Great stay. All staff were pleasant. Check in was a little slow but under one hour and fuss free so that's okay. Room was fully equipped with ironing board, safe, hairdryer, toiletries, mini fridge, tea and coffee set. Despite reading several reviews that had mini cockroaches, our bedroom was clean and comfortable and everything was in good working condition. Enjoyed the bathtub. Walking distance to Bugis and Arab Street. Did not have a good night's sleep though, but maybe that's just us as we felt the bed and comforter was not comfortable enough.
