Staying at Hotel Royal is a very pleasant experience. Starting from the service from the management level to the house keeping, all is the best. On this occasion, I would like to thank Ms. Alice and Ling (pretty smile duty manager) with other staff for their friendly and professional services. I always stay at Hotel Royal when in Singapore. If it is counted dozens of times and will continue. It is true, Hotel Royal is my second home in Singapore. Will stay again.

Our 2 nights stay with The Orient Beach was great, the kids enjoyed the pool, we had our dinner at their roof deck on our last night to save money and energy since we are with kids and a senior. Their shuttle service idea was great especially that we are a big group and we are a bit of a distance from the main stations. The staffs are courteous and extends their assistance whenever you need one. The water dispensers in every corridor saved us from buying water for our coffee, they have water heater in some rooms for coffee and the likes. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and will definitely come back. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The villa welcomed me in the late afternoon. The receptionist was so cute 😊. My room was right next to the reception desk so it was very convenient to move my luggage into the room. It rained as soon as it got dark, so we didn't leave the room until 8pm to wander around the old town. The villa's location is very convenient for eating, walking around or going to the church which is also very close. I only stayed 1 night but the experience was quite good. In the evening, I asked the receptionist to stay there for a bit but they didn't mind (even though it was raining). Even the next day we checked out but didn't leave, left our luggage comfortably, there was even a private bathroom outside to change clothes and shower 🥰. Of course, you still have to check out at 12pm like other accommodations. A beautiful stay experience. Will definitely come back if I have the chance.

The location is fantastic—only a 5-minute walk to the MRT and 3 minutes to the bus station! The staff are super friendly. I was a bit worried about the room hygiene and Wi-Fi based on some reviews, but my room was clean and the Wi-Fi was super fast. I highly recommend this spot for a budget trip to Singapore!

the staffs are friendly and the location was great, near the mall, near to all the banks and shamarock pasalubong store. the breakfast was good, the room is clean and nice. thumbs up to the security guard who always ask us if we need a taxi, he's always alert and attentive to the guest. I think they just need to improve the house keeping service. reasonable price for a good hotel
