The staff service is friendly and fast, the location is close to the MTR and bus stops so it's very convenient to go anywhere, next to the hotel there is also a shop for snacks, in the hotel room it turns out there is a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and cooking and eating utensils. The location is fantastic, near 2 MRT stations which can connect to 3 different lines, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful. The pricing to be quite reasonable for the quality of service and the room quality. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the general ambiance of the hotel was welcoming.

The location is only one sneeze away from the Aljunied MRT so it was very convenient. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The capsule felt very clean and we can request for linen change daily. The bathroom is also clean. Slippers for indoors are available to borrow. I love it and obviously will stay again when I go to Singapore in a budget-friendly plan!

Atelier is beyond my expectations! This will be my go-to hostel if I go to SG solo. They have female/male/mix room with also the bathroom. The room is cool, enough space with lockers, they provided towels, and also there's a bidet in their toilet. Their location is very strategic in the heart of Chinatown. Also don't miss the breakfast, because it's so good! I have my truffle egg mayo with hot milk 😭🤍

Overall staycation in Deluxe Double was great. Room was clean when 1st enter. The size of room is more like Masterbed room. Could hear the footsteps from next door platform bed. The only thing that needs to improve, hotel needs to install a bidet or a water spray beside the toilet bowl. It's a hassle to move from toilet bowl to shower after business did even though just a few steps. Shops nearby to buy things and walk ard Chinatown.

This is my first time in Hoi An and I'm very lucky to have found a place to stay that I really like! First, the location of the Lodge: it's easy to find and very close to the old town as well as the famous specialty dining areas of Hoi An. I can walk or ride a bike if I want to chill with the city's atmosphere. I was able to borrow a free bike from the Lodge. If you want to go far and longer, you can rent a motorbike from the Lodge, which is both convenient and cheaper than outside! About the room: I checked in 3 hours earlier than scheduled, but the owner still supported me without charging any extra fees. (depending on the number of guests, if the room is empty, the owner is always ready to support). The room I received was very new, beautiful and clean. A lot of investment was made in the decor, with many beautiful corners for selfies together. The mattress was extremely soft and didn't cause back pain. The room was equipped with an air conditioner and a water fan, which was quite good and convenient for guests' needs. I'm allergic to air conditioning, so I really like the water fan at the Lodge ^^. Toilet: this is also one of the very important points that I care about and Lodge did not disappoint me. The lodge toilet is very clean, the interior is very classy, the room is cheap but the bathroom interior is the same as the big resorts. Management: the owner is extremely cute, friendly, hospitable and very polite. He really cares about the feelings of the customers (when I go up and down the room or meet his children, they are always greeted very politely, and even wish me good night! Very lovely ^^). The owner also helped me book a car to the airport at a cheaper price than the taxi or grab price I booked myself + helped me take my suitcase to the car because I was afraid I would miss my flight. I only stayed for 1 day but still received very good service. If I have the opportunity to return to Hoi An, I will definitely return to Hoi An Heart Lodge. To clarify, I am a customer, I write a lot because I like it, I was not asked or booked to review anything ^^, and I highly recommend it to anyone who intends to rent a room when traveling to Hoi An!

Room for quad sharing is big! it has microwave and electric kettle. Bathroom has hot and cold shower with adequate water pressure. Pool is nice, not too cold even in tagaytay weather. The garden is nice also. Breakfast is also good. Service is warm. Will be back for sure!
