Stayed here for the second time last week. I remembered the first time I stayed here, everything was seamless. They gave us a very good hospitality and everything was wonderful so that’s why I chose Taj again when visiting Agra again.
This second time, the bathroom floor was dusty (i could feel it and i could see it on the doormat for sure!)
One time I was asking for extra water bottles in the evening. It wasn’t very late at night (maybe around 20:00 or 21:00) I had to call them 4x, waited for 45 minutes just to see the housekeeper in front of my door, giving 4 bottles with no smile, no apologies, nothing. It’s not that I want someone apologizing for making me wait 45 minutes just for water, but really, Taj?!?!?!
I had to be the one who initiated to talk to the duty manager at the same night and informed him about this situation. He took care of it well. By all means, he did his job with Taj standards that apparently no one seemed care to do that night.
After all, I had a great time during the check out with the lady that I couldn’t recall the name, and I remember one guy named Asim who helped us and gave a really good vibe! I believe what I experienced was not a Taj standards, but it’s just not my lucky day. Xx
