Amazing experience while I am staying here.

Everything was great with two notes, there's pee smell from the bathroom. I know it's has been cleaned up, because the room is pristine clean bathroom is clean as well. But it seems like the smell coming from the drainage. Probably other guests might be peeing in the shower :( It's gone after splashing with some waters but the smell come back again after some time. Would be great if you can do something about it. The wall doesn't seems to be soundproof, as I can hear quite loud chatter from other room.

The bathroom is dim and a bit slippery. The hotel staff is friendly.

One of the best Hotel in Banyuwangi… the staff very helpful and great standard of hospitality. Just give input to add hanger in the wall of shower room… and put sticker on the electric cattle “Be careful hot when boiling the water”

Beyond expectation based on price. Clean, good water heater, cool ac, and spacious.

I visit here for transit to Ketapang Harbour, it was great to stay here. Will be back again for sure.

Room is comfortable and worth the price.

The service and the breakfast are very limited.
