What else to say about Apurva Kempinski? All are perfect. No negative comments. Reception is quick and helpful. Frontliner staff that accompanying us to the room, Celine, is very helpful and explained a lot. Room was great. Clean. Perfect. Bathroom are very cozy and let's not forget the automatic smart toilet. Even they serve ice cubes - as expected from 5 star hotel. Swimming pools are huge. Beach is clean and the sands are soft. Beach club also serve best foods and drinks. Transfer to/from lobby provided buggy car service and even though I'm worried at first on the availability, well that's not the case. Buggy will come within 3 minutes after we asked for one. Breakfast was superb. Food variety are good. We stayed 2 nights and really hate has to leave on the 3rd day. It was a very pleasant experience and we are looking forward to visit Apurva Kempinski again in the future. Oh and the Coral restaurant - stunning!

The view was awesome, the kids area makes my daughter's holiday complete with so many toys inside, the food for breakfast wast superb. At the last night, I had a dinner in soleil. The food was delicious, and the waiters were so friendly. Next holiday we're going to stay there again ! Thank you

Great place to retreat from busy daily routine. This hotel's clean private beach is a good spot for calming your mind, or to have an outdoor party. The bedroom is clean, with a big bathroom, complete with 2 type of showers and a big bathtub. Only the toiletries, was not refill unless requested. Good food quality for breakfast. And the best part that should be tried at this hotel is their swimming pool. The water is maintain in correct PH balance, very clean and warm. The spa is also recommended to try.

I cannot express myself how I feel very happy stay at Ritz. It’s not really a best experience. Everything is perfect. Staff is friendly, helpful, and smart. There is also a buggy car to walk from tower to tower and it doesn’t take long to call the buggy. Also you got the best spot to enjoy the sunrise on their private beach. Really awesome and valuable than other resort nearby

I have a great experience while staying at the Courtyard by Marriott, staff are friendly and always keen to help, there are several pools that kids able to choose, kids club with friendly staff and willing to help my kids, breakfast are super delicious, dine-in in a room also fabulous, private beach are clean and we get there by the shuttle provided, asked for complimentary cakes for birthday and it is delicious as well, totally worth it.

The room was spacious and clean, staff very friendly and helpfull, meal was delicious. Hotel located in very strategic area, near bali collection mall and culinary area in pengiat beach. Hotel has good facillities including 3 area swimming pool, spa, gym, restaurants also beautiful and clean private beach. Good job Merusaka, will be back in the future

Despite the oldschool vibes, courtyard has well maintained its cleanliness and superb hotel landscapes. Excellent resort pool and warm sincere smiles from each hotel staffs. Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort

Booked a luxury room and I asked for an extra bed. But the hotel was full book and no extra bed left. Fortunately the receptionist give us the upgrade and we've got suite room. Thank you very much Sofitel Nusa Dua. The room is very spacious with king size bed, sofa bed, bathtub, separated shower room and toilet, fridge, microwave and dining room. The room has beach view and we could see the sunrise from its balcony. Unfortunately, when we stayed there the weather was cloudly and we couldn't see the sunrise. Despite of that the view was amazing. The pool is superb. They have many pools for adult and kids. My kids was happy swimming there. The beach is very clean. They also have lots of activities but we couldn't join them due to limited time staying there.
