The place is beautiful, really. There is an Indomaret nearby. I also want to thank Sintya, my WhatsApp contact, who was responsive and tried to help me as much as she could remotely.
But unfortunately, that’s pretty much all I can save from my experience.
I arrived alone, in a remote area, with absolutely no one to welcome or guide me (no check in and no check out either, NOBODY! During the times written). The hotel is extremely isolated — no Grab or transport services available, no clear way to get around, and no scooter rentals nearby. I was given 1 contact who does offer scooter delivery, but the price was unreasonably high.
As for food, maybe there were warungs along the main street, I didn't see it (7/8PM) but I ended up walking down a side street where I was surrounded and followed by stray dogs. It was terrifying. I could not turn around shaking, thanks to god I found someone okay to drive me back here in scooter. So I was unable to find anywhere safe to eat. I ended up skipping dinner entirely.
I spent the night alone in the dark (with light I was surrounded by insects in the room) without food or transportation, and no staff onsite to help. The feeling of abandonment was real.
In short — beautiful location, but completely impractical if you don’t already have a scooter or transport arranged in advance. Not suitable for solo travelers or those looking for basic support and accessibility.
