The seaside view room was spacious and so bright with calming views over the sea - just dreamy!! The staff is very kind and helpful and the location is central.

Lots of cockroaches in the bedroom, I've killed five of them.

The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was alright, could be cleaner. The staff is friendly, but sometimes they say yes to everything you ask them, but in the end don't do it as promised. For example went on a trip two days in a row at 5 in the morning, so we asked them if we could have breakfast earlier. They said sure, no problem, but we never got our breakfast as promised. They provide airport pickup for free which is a big plus.

Before booking I went through the reviews which helped me to estimate the nightmare I will face at the hotel. I booked because of the free transport from the airport. No one came to pick me up. When I contacted the number which given I had to pay the call to here the excuses. I think the bed and pillow covers they change once in a month. dirtier than expected.. room and bed is filled with someones hair. Bath room was so pathetic. no wash basin.. the closet becomes your wash basin.. I don't know how can the management prove such horrible facilities for the standard Ac room. The receptionist welcomed me to the room with a baygon (insecticide) spray. A room without any windows or ventilation filled with the smell of the insecticide mixed with foul smell of smoking.. when I complained the receptionist advised me to occupy another room which was worse than the first one. No wifi available as mentioned in the catalog...So any one wants to check in.. please do it at your own risk. This is not the way to manage a hotel.. whole night I had bear the smell of that insecticide. Thank God I came out alive next morning. I never recommend this hotel to any one. I checked out early in the morning at 4.30. So I couldn't enjoy the so called breakfast. Guests may be infected with diseases..sorry that I couldn't take some pictures of bloody hotel.. I give just 1 mark for the location...either areas this hotel will get only 0
