Room is okay, convenient location

Facility shows age, bathroom design a bit weird, pool was OK, sufficient parking. Good location

It was a good stay, strategic place.

This was my 3rd stay at Hotel Tentrem Jakarta, and once again, they have amazed me and made me want to return every time. The room was beautifully decorated for my mom, with thoughtful welcome presents and heartfelt cards that truly touched us. We were even upgraded to a more spacious room, giving us more space to relax and cuddle as a family, such a sweet gesture! I am beyond grateful to the Duty Manager, as well as Mbak Indira, Mbak Shada, Mbak Clara, Mbak Rere, Ryu for their warmth and genuine care. Thank you for making every member of my family feel so happy and at home during our stay. You all truly work with your hearts and deserve all the appreciation! And a special hello to our lovely Mbak Raisya at the egg station, who made my daughter feel extra special with a delicious French toast just for her. We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful and heartwarming hotel! ❤️

I like that it is close to a restaurant with great F&B.

Strategic location, close to Alam Sutera mall, easy to find food, clean rooms, all facilities are good.

Its smelly from the first time step in the room, old and not comfortable, I don't know if all the room are like tat but the one I stay is not recommendable.

Parking is free for 5 minutes, it's a shame it only costs Rp. 5,000 to enter, otherwise everything is good.

The rooms and facilities are very good, comfortable.
