Hotels and Accommodation near Chew Jetty Penang Chiak

Everything is fine. However I can heard the traffic noise every night and it kind of distrup my sleep as my room is facing the main road. So next time, gonna request room away from facing main road 😅.

Overall of the hotel stay is good. Only have a very strong smell of previous vacant who smoke. However the room am staying is 401. There is a few switch is not working. The bed headlamp, the light on the pantry. I think the management can work on this.

Overall OK. But the toilet pipe was leaking, talking to the receptionist and cleaner, they said maintenance was not available.

the staff was friendly and accommodating ! but the room condition is unacceptable for a big brand name of IBIS hotel . broken floor found , unbalance floor when enter to toilet which possible makes people fall down . bed room chair was shaking almost broken without checking . room is smelly because of old ? kindly improve it

So dirty, so unclean, I killed 2 cockroaches in my bedroom!

No Hot water Water is cold Room smells bad.

No blanket. The staircase very long and high no lift. Not recommended.

No have customer service online.

Room is clean, but service not that good. No people at counter around 2 pm and I have to wait there.
