I have no idea I booked and paid in traveloka, but hotel unable to trace the booking number. Receptionist is very rude and not helpful at all. Push all the wrong to us … blame us for booking through traveloka. After all the argument, they find out that the booking transfer to trip. Com … but tell us there is no room available? How can this happen? I already paid and voucher received! Please give an explanation! Really feel so disappointed!

Love everything about the bedroom, the fun elevator, the restaurant, everything was memorable

Very spacious and clean room. Many dining places surrounding the hotel and shopping centre within 1 km.

absolutely stunning hotel for staycation. stunning experience. all front office staff very kindly. indian women staff absolutely amazing staff. okan krisnawan also very helfull when chek- in time. swimming poll stunning view. room spacious. stunning room.

the staff were friendly and the place is also close to everywhere I can go.

Staying there with a family of 12 consisting of 7 adults and 5 kids. Overall, we were really happy with our stay. The place was clean and comfortable, and the self-check-in was easy and clear. It might be helpful to add some small amenities like tissues (besides toilet paper), and a microwave for warming food would be super handy for travelers. But overall, we have no issues while staying there. Thank you for your hospitality. 👍.
