1. tv has no channel 2. booking through traveloka more expensive than booking direct to the hotel. 3. room not so clean

The staff was not friendly and helpful. The chinese lady staff that attend my check out was not helpful at all. I asked is there any small place that me and my mother can perform prayer she was just answer without a smile/friendly faces saying no place to solah. At least she can try being nice and inform at least where is the nearest musolla etc. The room was so small and smelly because near to the wet market. The view also nothing special. Not recommended this place due to unfriendly receptionist and room was so small and not comfortable.

They did not provide coffee in the breakfast.

We were booking sipadan in 3, unfortunely we were given the room at sipadan in 1, in sipadan in 1 the floor in the room is sticky and oily.

I have been staying in seafest regularly, because of the pool. Yet this time its disappointing as I didn't get a fridge and an iron in my room. Food was not bad. Anyways, things couldve been better just like the last time we stayed, but this time I felt dissapointed with the service.

The resort is under repaired for upgrading.. There area are not tidy and lot of dead leaf are need to be clear..
