Check-in was very helpful with very good and friendly staff, the room was quite spacious and very clean, there was access to Singkawang Grand Mall, it was easy to find food, highly recommended, the breakfast menu was very varied, delicious, and clean, suitable for a family holiday.

I stay here often - every time I am in Luwuk as I travel around the Central Sulawesi area. I have stayed at other hotels in Luwuk in the past and none of them were as nice, as clean and had such friendly staff as the Swiss-Bellinn Luwuk.

I stayed here for business at Intertex 2026, and the location is very strategic, very close to the exhibition area. The main plus point is the shuttle bus service, so you don't have to worry about transportation or parking to the event location. The room was in very good condition, clean, tidy, and had a great view from the window. The service from the staff was also very top-notch—everyone was friendly and very helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was complete and delicious (really good!). It's definitely worth it for those looking for comfort and time efficiency during the exhibition. I will definitely come back here for the next event!

Stayed here for a business trip and honestly, great value for money. The hotel right in front of a mall (dangerous for impulse shopping 😄), plus there are nice coffee shop. Tunjungan Street is also just around the corner, perfect for a night stroll and enjoying the local vibe. Business trip turned mini staycation definitely recommended!
