This hotel were fully booked but was not updated yet even I paid for the room. They automatically sold my booking to another nearby hotel with poor quality.

Great hotel with nice staff and good hospitality, hope to come back again next time.

The rooms is clean, location is near to many attraction and staff hotel are helpful.

The date I arrived, they didn’t have any information about my reservation. They just say “sorry, our system was down”. In case, they didn’t have a room available, where I stayed? AC and hot water didn’t work because my mother can’t take a shower without hot water. I ask them to repair or change new room but they refuse change new room for me.

AZ hostel is good enough to stay here for a long time. The place is clean enough because there are maid who clean every day and the price was so cheap for 1 night. The hostel staffs are very friendly I have to say. Because I can stay here to use wifi until my night bus came. Thank you az hostel. They are very relax. The people are good in here.

The reception lady and the bellboy who welcomed us were quite friendly, but the rest of the staff were just so-so. The hotel has a very good location in the middle of the Old Quarter. The room size was decent and clean. It's an okay place to stay if you plan to go shopping all day. Thank you Keypad Hotel.

Service is very good. Breakfast is a poor, price is reasonable. Will comeback next time.

It was the most decent hostel I ever stayed! I loved the built in bed, the strategic location also the cleanliness 👍🏻. Fyi, you need to pay 200k VND for the deposit or left your identity card. Once you check out, they will give it back~
