Very bad! Contacted 3 staff phone numbers to ask for check-in but no one supported, one person passed it to another, I paid in full from the time of booking until the day I contacted to ask how to check-in but was not supported with instructions for checking in so I gave up and did not stay anymore and went to Nikkko Saigon where I usually stay every time I return to SG. I have not stayed or experienced the service but the staff did not support customers in the first step like that, it was too bad and there is no need to experience it later. Never book again

They refused to let me check in on time and there was no self-check-in option. They directed me from Landmark Plus to Landmark 3,4, which was inconvenient. When I arrived after the check-in time, the room was still not cleaned. The apartment's pictures they provided during booking were far worse than the actual place. The landlord wasn't very nice and didn't seem welcoming. Please carefully consider your choice for a vacation stay here.

This place is very convenient to stay in Saigon. This apartment was service is exceptional, worked professionally, the apartment comfortable, well designed modern and very well clean. An apartment has everything for a home-cooked meal. Self-check-in was easy, with detailed check-in instructions that worked smoothly. There are many restaurants, coffee, stores, around the area, shopping mall in Landmark 81 is a super-tall skyscraper in Vietnam. Location and amenities exceeded expectations. This place one is sure to your impressive. We certainly stay here again. Highly recommend this place.
