You'll get what you expect from a homestay in Kon Pring. It will not be an easy ride if you are traveling by car, but you can park in front of the homestay. No AC but you wouldn't need it anyway (there are cooling fans though). Watch out for bugs and bathroom if you have a high hygiene and comfort standard, again, this is a homestay. But overall the hospitality is great, the owners are very nice and you can have a great experience if you get your expectations matched.

The hotel is so bad and the price is so expensive, my family came and left without staying, losing money.
