Hotel staff is very nice & price is reasonable

Room is too old, dark, lots of mosquitoes, room smells bad

The hotel is convenient for traveling between the airport and the area you need to visit. Eating and traveling are also close. The area around here takes forever to find a suitable hotel. For the price, it's ok.

Booking does not look like the photo. The room is degraded and not clean

I booked a room at vjp and confirmed it with zl. On the day of check-in, I arrived at 3pm and was given a regular room. When I went down to complain, they said there was a mistake and that the room I booked was occupied by another guest (so they intentionally fooled me). Then they made me wait for the other guest to leave before checking in. Coming from the countryside, I was already tired, but when I encountered this kind of business, I was really annoyed. Otherwise, the room was clean and okay.

The bedroom is ok but the toilet does not drain in time when showering, the toilet lid is loose and uncomfortable when going to the toilet. The front desk staff is not really ok, especially the male staff on night duty, meeting guests with a grumpy face all the time.

Rooms are clean, relatively satisfied with good prices
