Staying at Bumi with my mother for a short staycation was the best choice. The serene atmosphere (so my mother could finish the Quran), the super friendly staff, the location right in the heart of Surabaya, making it close to everything, and the incredible night and morning views from the 11th floor made us feel at home and rested soundly. Not to mention the swimming pool, which also provides a great place for seniors to exercise in the morning—it's simply top-notch. Thank you Bumi.

The staff are very welcoming, those on duty at the Front Office, both those on morning and night shifts, the location is really good inside the mall, easy access to everywhere, good AC, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, the room size is really good... The price is very affordable, if there is a chance, I will definitely come back to Choice Hotel again...

For just stopping by, this is really good. Even for staying, this hotel is also good. The price is really affordable with really good facilities. The room is clean, doesn't feel cramped, there is no cigarette smell, like the smell of a normal hotel, water can be refilled as much as you like, the room is soundproof so you can sleep really well, the bed is clean and comfortable. The bathroom doesn't smell at all, it's clean and quite spacious too. Access in the city center to go anywhere is really easy, it's also close to Alfamart so if you're hungry at night it's easy to go out to find food. Overall, the value is perfect for that price
