Check in on arrival they didn't explain what we had to do with they keycard in the lift. Another client showed us. Having Mee So restaurant was great to have in hotel. Also for buffet big breakfast. Hot water good on first 2 days but slightly cooler 3rd day but cold 4th day. Not sure why we were allocated a disabled room and bathroom. Room size great but then limited a person that may need it. Close and good walking distance to Capitol Theatre and longer walk to Circular Quay which suited us. Takeaway sandwich was white bread and very dry. We were hungry when we arrived. Not sure if toilets were available near restaurant. I couldn't see them. Otherwise we had a nice time.

Excellent central location and well appointed comfortable hotel.

Location is great, handy to everything and we were given the early check in which was very much appreciated. The room was spacious and had a little kitchen. Also the Luggage storage facility was great. The only problems we had was the shower door which would not close properly and kept opening while showering. Also i rang 2x to request a box of tissue (it was empty when we arrived) and nothing was delivered. I needed to actually go down to the reception to get it :-D.

Great central location close to public transport. Mee So restaurant was terrific. They were happy to store our bags before and after check in/ out which was very helpful. Great value for money. Will stay again!

Used a disability access room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Careful coming out of the bathroom if the kitchen area floor is wet as it is very slippery. Fast room service and to action any requests. Water in shower warm, couldn’t get a really hot shower unfortunately. Shower could do with some mould killer on the walls and shower curtain could do with a wash. Self check in and check out was great. Also appreciated the luggage storage. Overall, great facility.

Because poles a room for 3 adults but there was only a queen bed provided

I wish they change breakfast menu everyday at least 3 items for people stay longer than 2 days

The room was clean and complete. Coffee was just instant coffee. They have a self check-in system for you to check-in and checkout. however, my key didnd't work. had to go back down and do manual checkin.

Great location. Very clean and staff were friendly.

While the majority of the stay was good unfortunately the check in and our first night tarred the rest of the experience.

Everything was great, especially breakfast.

We went down for breakfast at 7:15am and found the dining area completely packed, with nowhere available to sit. Despite this, a staff member continued allowing more guests into the breakfast area, which only added to the overcrowding. Eventually, the bar area was opened to provide additional seating, but by that stage the breakfast selection had been severely depleted due to the large number of guests. As a result, we were unable to obtain any breakfast and ended up having only a glass of orange juice. This was a disappointing experience and fell well below our expectations, particularly as breakfast was included as part of our stay.
