Great hotel. Shower was a little small and the door couldn’t open or close fully.

Service from the reception desk was excellent. Breakfast was good value with obliging and helpful staff.

Room was a little small. But liked the huge TV on the wall. Breakfast was ok except couldn’t work out how to use coffee machine

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was an easy walk from Museum train station and easy to find. Checking in was smooth fast, helpful and professional. I felt happy travelling in the lift to my room. I was in the 6th floor and loved my room. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable. I attended the Lion King Musical at the Capital Theatre and it was a short, safe walk back to my hotel room. China town light rail was also a short walk and plenty of choices for dinner. I had breakfast included which was great situated on level 2. Overall I gave a 10 out of 10 because the whole experience of staying there was relaxed, happy and very content. Absolutely no negatives from me. The bathroom was gorgeous, I have included a photo.

Great hotel which is situated amongst many shops, cafes, restaurants and the like. The room itself was clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of choice. Thank you.

I had a frustrating stay due to both facility issues and poor customer service regarding billing. Constant Noise: The elevator constantly emits a low-frequency hum that vibrates through the walls. It is highly noticeable and likely affects most of the rooms nearby, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Unhelpful Billing Service: Even though I paid directly at the hotel, the front desk initially insisted that I had to request my receipt from Hotels.com. After some back-and-forth, they finally agreed to issue one, but refused to include my company name and address on it, claiming they "couldn't do it" because the booking was made through Hotels.com. This is completely unacceptable and highly inconvenient for business travelers who need to claim expenses.
