Great hotel, my go-to in downtown Montreal. Close to train and metro, pool is great, rooms too. Ducks are always fun to watch. Love it

Door Man greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave us directions on where and how to check in. Check in is on the 10th floor and so are all the rooms, pool and restaurants. A bit of a walk to rooms down hallways. Our room was right outside the pool with large window overlooking pool. Hotel is mature in age but well kept and room was spacious. Nice updated bath and tv would concert to English which was helpful for us. It was a 4 minute walk to Bell Centre and bus stop and VIA rail terminal was right across the street. Not far to downtown area with lots of restaurants and underground transit was in the basement of building. Valet parking was 60 a night and public was 29 a night and was below building very easy to park and take elevator to main floor. Good hotel.

What an amazing hotel. Staff is super nice and the rooms are second to none. I highly recommend staying at this hotel as you won't be disappointed

The location is great, and the rooftop pool and hot tubs are lovely. However the pool bar staff are not friendly or effective. It’s a 20 mins wait for one drink. And the breakfast at this hotel was wildly disappointing. We paid extra to have a lovely breakfast and it was a terrible buffet. So we paid more for the “better” buffer and it wasn’t much better. No egg or omelet station, nothing special. It looked like a breakfast at the holiday inn. Just not what one would ever expect.

The hotel Overall is nice, lots of calm garden halls and a nice outdoor pool. Unfortunately the restaurant's attention is very slow and the quality of the food was pretty average, not what you expect in a 4star hotel and We were located in a 3 level floor with NO ELEVATOR.Good location, pretty but I will not go back.
