Location is great between old port and quartier des spectacle. Courteous and friendly staffs. All day access to coffee and tea, along with shared eating area. They have an accessible courtyard with chairs and tables. Plus 747 bus to airport is a few steps away.

Clean room, smells nice everywhere. Very nice staff, decent standard breakfast and very convinient location, 2 minutes from Chinatown, 10 min walk from the Old Port. One of the best firm mattresseswe ever had in a hotel!

The room size and layout was good. It is an old building. We had 2 queen beds, tv & kitchenette in the main area and a pull out couch & tv in a separate bedroom. The A/C unit was in the bedroom with the pullout couch. Originally the A/C didn’t work well but maintenance came within 10 min & got things working well. The pull out couch room with the A/C unit was much colder than the room with 2 beds. Staff was lovely. Very pleasant and eager to help. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, cereal, fruit salad, toast, bagels, apples/bananas/oranges, yogurt, oatmeal packages. The location was perfect. 10 min walk to either old Montreal or to St Catharine street. Underground parking was $36/night and was convenient (elevator came right up to the hotel). We drive a large Yukon SUV and parking underground was easy - lots of room.

We appreciated the convenient location and the complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, the room itself left something to be desired. The mirror in main area had noticeable smudge marks, the bed sheets had several rips, and there was no bedding provided for the pull-out couch. The air conditioning was only located in the room with the pull-out couch, leaving the main sleeping area much warmer and less comfortable. The toilet also ran continuously one night, and the bathroom counter surface was peeling around the sink. Overall, the hotel could benefit from some updates, better maintenance, and more attention to cleanliness.

The breakfast had a lot of great options. The hotel is close to Chinatown and a lot of restaurants. Loved that each of the rooms had a kitchen and were large in size. Our room was only cleaned one time out of the four nights we stayed. I would stay here again.

Rooms are spacious, staff were very friendly, and breakfast was good. Since room was a suite, it would have been nice to have dish soap, hand soap, and paper towels- which we had to purchase ourselves. Rooms could have been cleaner, I personally wiped down all counter space and tables- and clearly dirty. Other than putting in the extra work for a cleaner space, everything was great! Would stay again.

Everything was pretty good, including the location: close to chinatown, jazz festival, buses and metro, Notre Dame basilica etc except the carpets looked disgusting.Lots of stains, considering they accept pets, not surprised, It didn't smell or anything, but just looked really dirty, and our indoor shoes got dirty from. Good breakfast
