Very clean. Polite friendly staff

Check in staff was nice. While dealing with another guest issue, the reception made sure to visually connect and lwt mw know he'd be with me as soon as possible. Check in was fast, informative and very knowledgable. Going to my room, the linen closet was open and in disarray..not exactly confidence building. I had to self-service for an iron. The room was a let down. Small and in need of an upgrade, even the heater was minimally effective. The bed, bathroom and comfort were all lacking. Needless to say, I'm not likely to book again.

It was fine for being close to London Excel for my conference. The tv is my room didn't work and it is very basic but it served the purpose for a quick business trip.

Reliable, convenient, clean. Just the right amount of comfort for an overnight stay. Also, location is perfect. Quiet at night, yet right by the Elizabeth line for easy access to central London.

I stayed here to attend a conference in London Excel and this hotel is excellent. I was right across London Excel and also walking distance from the tube/subway station. Safe area and there are restaurant options nearby. Clean room and the size of the room is also good. Great value for money!

Much appreciated warm welcome after a busy day. Room upgrade with drinks voucher, Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary cookies which was a pleasant surprise. Room was nice and quiet. Ate in and the service was excellent. Good buffet breakfast in the morning (although on the second day it was just too busy with two coach loads of tourists all having descended for breakfast at the same time). Decided to eat in the second night and had a very good pizza with a side salad. All in all an excellent stay.

Very surprised with our stay at Ibis hotel, we will definitely use the hotel again as very convenient for Excel. Small room but well appointed, clean, and quiet. Appeared to be also be able to be used as a connecting family room due to the secure area which joined us with next door room. Bag of handmade cookies, 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee, bath robe and normal bathroom shampoo, shower gel, etc. Lovely view of the waterway from the window. Breakfast was vast and very tasty, continental or full English available with plenty of choices of cereal fruit and juices. We also had an evening bar meal, which was nice and great value considering we were in London. Staff of all levels were all very polite and welcoming , nothing was too much trouble. I asked for an extra duvet (as we always fight over duvet), and it was provided straight away by the room ladies. In all we had a lovely 2 night stay, only downside was parking at £25 a night in the hotel next door, but as we were going to Excel, it was cheaper to park there and have a very short walk. Good location, plenty of restaurants, pub, cable car, and DLR within a few mins.

Can't control the weather but room 633 was freezing and the window was firmly closed. Otherwise perfect location for the Excel and all good

Heating didn’t appear to work well, toilet constantly running so could hear all night and towels not soft. Bed was comfy and pillows too.

Staff were excellent. Room was very grubby with a large bleach stain in a very dirty carpet Parking is expensive

Staff so friendly , helpful and thoughtful,room nice and clean and location In historical dockland, is strategic location. We will be back again somehow.

Great location and room was lovely. There were a few wear and tear marks on the carpet, but it was clean. We had a twin room and the beds were comfy, there were clean towels and tea/coffee facilities. The bathroom, although small, was clean and practical, the only thing was as the shower screen doesn't go right down to the floor, so the bathroom floor got quite wet when we used the shower. I would definitely recommend this as somewhere to stay if visiting central London.

Delightful hotel!

We booked 2 rooms one had a tv that didn’t work and both were very cold due to a draft coming in through a wall vent. Rooms were tired but clean
