We did self check in. So didn’t really deal with staff. Room was great, elevators were a little slow. But, definitely would stay again. We had an amazing view of the bridge.

Our stay was not our first as we have stayed here many times when visiting London. As always had a room with the iconic Tower Bridge view so enjoyed wine looking at the view. Always an excellent stay with great service

What can I say we had no hot water stuck in a broken lift for 45 mins room was like a box . Bathroom and room was not very clean rust and mould in shower . Need to learn how to clean and dust everywhere. I did speck to staff but my who weekend was not great very over priced. 25 each for breakfast no thank you . Ohhh and no hot water stuck in. The fire alarm rang on the morning 08:00 of the 24th for forever, no announcements or guidance from hotel staff. Air conditioning was broken during our entire 3 night stay and we were told just as the receptionist handed us the keys, a bit late to also mention that there will be heavy construction drilling from 08:30-17:00 hrs, Add insult to injury there was no hot water from the 24th of July through our departure on the morning of the 25th. This was a severe hardship as we had a long journey ahead of us and very much so looked forward to a shower considering the fact that England was experiencing a heatwave and remember the hotel room we were assigned had no functioning air conditioning !

The Tower Hotel is in a wonderful location, with awesome views of the Tower Bridge and the Thames. When we arrived, the automated system could not locate our reservation, so we had to wait in a second line for the receptionist. The room was clean and functional. The view was spectacular! The VU Bar offered beautiful views, excellent service, and a limited wine list. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. We used the speedy checkout box for a quick checkout.

The room had a great view of Tower Bridge, but the air con was ineffective even on the highest cooling setting. The weather was hot the in room temperature remained un comfortable throughout. Due to a fire alarm in morning and consequent evacuation we could not have the prepaid buffet breakfast ! The room was mostly clean and tidy but the carpet around and under the movable single beds had not been vacuumed.

Upon arrival to the hotel the reception and lobby area was modern and well presented, giving a great first impression of the hotel. We were greeted at reception by a lovely staff member who offered to check us in early which was a lovely bonus. The room was clean and comfortable but was very dated, however this was expected as we researched the hotel before arrival the shower and bathroom were also very dated and the shower didn’t have the best pressure. The room would benefit from a fridge but due to this being an older hotel we understand why this might not be possible. While our stay was enjoyable overall we felt that some interactions with staff could have been more friendlier a warmer and more welcoming approach would have been better. Despite these points we would consider staying again.

Room was fine, reasonable size for 3, just a bit dated for the price being paid (£200/n). Some stains and mould around bath which I suppose comes with age. TVs normal channels but no apps available as per most modern TVs. Staff were friendly when approached, but ‘check in’ now solely by computer which removed any staff welcome or interaction which I would have preferred. Long delays in evening for drinks and food so ate elsewhere after waiting a while. All in all, I would potentially stay again, but not for anything like the price paid. Some refurb is advised.

Checked in at 5.30 but room wasn’t ready, staff not helpful, eventually got a room that wasn’t fully prepared and had a dirty toilet. Have often stayed here but so many things wrong on this occasion and wouldn’t come back

Room was a little dated and didn't have dedicated air-conditioning, which in a UK summer is a must. Breakfast was good with several fresh options including an omelet station, the coffee however was terrible and I think maybe the machines need a good clean and/or service. Location is the best part, super convenient to surrounding amenities.
