We had our 2 nights staycation in this hotel. Hotel is clean and dated. Bathroom not very clean but not so bad.Bed was comfy, we slept like a log. We did same day booking, and we're given twin room despite of 3 people in the booking. However this was resolved by adding extra folding bed for our ten yr old. Staff in this hotel are approachable. will defo stay again. Breakfast is lovely..

The hospitality is awful! Don’t upgrade especially if you do it thorough Expedia because they give you a bad view. Also Camilo was the rudest person we have ever experienced in a hotel.

This hotel hasn't bee nrenovated since 1750 I guess. Old, ugly and small room. The worst was that the room apparently was cleaned with an overdose chloride. Got a headache from the smell alone. Airco hardly working so I opened the windows. Although 6th floor still a lot of noise from trains and planes. And not cheap either. Never again!!

A potentially excellent hotel. I would suggest two improvements, firstly and most importantly you cannot change the room temperature, even with the window open, the room was just too hot. Individual room temperature control is needed. Secondly a greater breakfast selection would be good. Otherwise a great stay.

Hearing people vomit or talk through the air vent and workmen outside is pretty annoying. The drawers don’t open. The minibar is closed (means no fridge). The bathroom needed a clean and could do with a deep clean and repair work. Needed the heater to be on the whole time because the window didn’t close properly so there was a draft. Understandably, people go for the view. And it’s worth it for that. Management need to go in to inspect it and repair the rooms. Thank you

Room needs an update .. could have been cleaner especially bathroom around toilet.. no lights above sinks .. shower pressure poor..settees marked not comfortable.. room lacked style and warmth..Had issue with the upstairs bar over 2-4 1 on cocktails complained this was put right the following evening fabulous cocktails

Room was old. No A.c . Was sweating every night. It was a horror. Last day i saw a mouse running on the hallway, i almost puked. Several times i turned on the room service, housekeepers will not come until i call the office. I felt there were racist. Environment was perfect for tourist but i wasnt impressed with the staff overall
