We had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Bandung. The room was spacious, clean, and pleasantly quiet, which made it perfect for us traveling with a baby under one year old. The peaceful atmosphere really helped our baby rest comfortably. The staff were all very friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Stayed at this hotel to attend a work-related gathering, so I primarily used the room just for sleeping. However, the absolute highlight of the room was the magnificent mountain view. Even though it was covered in mist in the morning, the mountain's grandeur still shone through. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a good night's rest. The check-in process was seamless, and even when we briefly lost a key that had been left at the reception, the staff handled the situation professionally and provided an excellent solution.

The hotel staff helped us unload our luggage and provided free valet service so we didn't have to look for parking inside the mall.
