Our stay at El Hotel was truly memorable. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Afternoon tea was also included. We were also pleased that, as it was our first time staying at El Hotel, we were upgraded and allowed to check in early due to availability. We have no regrets about staying here. The hotel is spacious and doesn't look dated.

The service is super duper, making you feel at home. All the staff are helpful without being asked, even overly sensitive. The rooms are among the top three "comfortable" hotels in Bandung. Family-friendly, great facilities, kids-friendly, and no tantrums at all. Hopefully, I'll bring my family here again soon.

The room was clean, and the rest of the hotel was also clean and well-maintained. When the parking lot was full, the valet parking service was very helpful. The location is strategic.
