The old AC hadn't been replaced and was making noise. The room faced the sun. They should have paid more attention to the comfort of the room. It was incredibly hot. Even the hallway was hot. Checking in took only 20 minutes and then checking out immediately. Uncomfortable.

Stayed for 3 nights due to my child's college enrollment. Check-in was only possible at 2:00 PM, but towels were only provided at 4:00 PM. I was frustrated just by the towel issue. The room was full of stains, and the sheets weren't changed until I remembered the stains from the previous one, even though I was told to change the sheets, blanket, and pillowcases every day. I stayed for 3 nights. Please improve the cleanliness and service. Breakfast tasted standard...

The hotel is old. The power circuit cut off when we tried to turn off the table lamp. The bathroom light fell down when we returned to the hotel on the second day. Towels were not ready after room service. Everything needed to be called to the counter to request.

What needs improvement: 1. There were no towels or bath mats when I checked in. I asked the concierge, and they told me they would be provided at 4:00 PM. After I complained, they were finally provided. 2. Breakfast: The salad bar was in an odd location, hard to reach. 3. On the positive side: Bike rentals are available. 4. The carpet on the 8th floor could be cleaned better. There is no air conditioning along the 8th floor hallway.

Overall, everything was good, with no negatives. If I were to look at the slight negatives, the food would be a bit lacking, but otherwise, everything was top-notch.
