This hotel was in a very sensible location to see Glasgow. The building inside and out was very clean but just down the street it was dirty. The room was very clean and offered a variety of conveniences. The bar, dinner, and breakfast were all wonderful.

Brilliant spotless rooms, brilliant service, great bar, drinks are pricey but were given 2 complimentary drinks which was an excellent touch. Only thing I missed was no hash browns for breakfast.

The hotel itself is great. Nice lobby, helpful staff. The location is a…mixed bag. On the one hand, it’s very close to the central train station and the subway. On the other hand, the neighborhood is questionable. Maybe not where you’d want to walk around with the family after dark.

Love this hotel, close to the train station and the city centre. Lovely rooms although not many drawers to put your clothes - we were there for three nights. Complimentary coffee, water and biscuits. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is in a great location right on the river and only a five minute walk to the shopping area of the city and there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance .
The hotel is right next to the Grand central Railway station but the noise is minimal and the trains don't run all night.
The staff are extremely helpful and efficient and go above and beyond to give great service . The breakfast is a great self service buffet with a really wide choice of food both hot and cold with an omlette station , a great way to start the day.

It was ok the room was a superior double which indicated a superior choice but actually all the double rooms were described as such - the room I got was ok had two double beds which I didn’t need and didn’t want.
