Pandanwangi train is a service owned by DAOP IX Jember with a Jember-Ketapang relation. Previously, this train only served one round trip a day. However, since June 1, 2014, DAOP IX Jember has increased the number of Pandanwangi Train trips to twice daily.

Covering a distance of 112 km, a trip using the Pandanwangi train takes about 2.5 hours. Regarding ticket prices, the Pandanwangi train does not charge partial fares and does not apply reduced fares.

The total fare will be charged for child passengers aged 3 years and above. Pandanwangi train ticket purchases can be online at least seven days before departure.

The most exciting part of traveling by Pandanwangi train is the scenery. During the trip from Jember to Ketapang, passengers will be presented with beautiful natural panoramas such as rice fields, forests, and hills. 

This is because the track used by the Pandanwangi train is a track that passes through Mount Gumitir. At one point, the train passes through a tunnel, rumored to have been constructed by cleaving through Mount Gumitir.

KA 444 and KA 446 are two trains departing from Ketapang Station to Jember Station. Gapeka data shows that the departure time of KA 444 is earlier than that of KA 446.
