Great location, close to many transport links. Room was very clean and bathroom was quite modern. Nice coffee shop within the hotel. Paddington basin is worth a visit and only a short walk away.

Our last few days of a three-week vacation in the UK were made very nice by the quality of the staff and accommodations (room cleanliness, meals, and more) of this hotel. The concierge staff were particularly top notch. It was a perfect location as a home base in Central London with great subway, bus, and taxi access to all our final touring activity. The hotel also serves a wonderful international community of travelers and we enjoy being in this kind of environment.

Great stay here. Loved the variety of options for the English breakfast. Staff were very helpful and kind. The bed was comfortable and our room was quiet.

You expect a certain benchmark when staying in a Hilton hotel, unfortunately this hotel did not live up to the brand. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The hallways carpets are stained and dirty and the rooms feel run down. The beds are not comfortable with hard mattresses and the flattest pillows I have ever seen. The TV also did not work. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was only mediocre. I would not stay there again and will scrutinize other Hiltons more closely in the future.

We understand the high season and the hotel is very loaded with tourist however we don’t accept the condition of the room to be dirty and in poor condition. Everything else was good Not really value the money to stay in small room,.

Hotel seems old overall even with the renovated rooms. We had trouble with our AC and it took multiple calls before management took any action. We switched rooms to a smaller room than what we paid. The AC still didn’t work properly in the new room. The hallways always had trash from the rooms on the floor. Staff was nice but didn’t address issues immediately and I had to keep calling and finally around 11:30 PM at night the manager changed our room even though I told them about the AC not working at 1:30 PM. It was 27 degrees Celsius in the room even when the thermostat was on much lower. Too hot. Unfortunately we won’t stay at this property again.

We were assigned room 409 which smelt like damp and smoke; and then were moved to 114 which smelt like damp. We’d already had to go to reception to move once so just put up with it but it did smell the entire time even when waking up this morning. Additionally the fridge didn’t work. It was on but not cold. However the bed was very comfy.

I reached Hotel at about 1 o'clock didn't give me. I asked him only one and the room is so small not worth it for what I pay. I supposed to get big room with two bed, but they give me four room instead one good guy he want help. He's very nice Zain but rather than that, I'm not happy about the stuff not supporting when I ask for one hour late check out at 12 1 o'clock they say no not possible anyway I will not ever go to this

Checked in late at night to a room with a partially clogged shower and a completely empty soap bottle. A complete oversight by the cleaning team, very frustrating after traveling. Had to call front desk twice, staff took 25m to come and replace it..

The hotel isn’t bad but it wasn’t what I expected and I did find room smaller than what I thought it would be. It was clean and my only issue was with our first day there was bathroom water backup that took 30 - 45 minutes before it was handled but overall it was pretty good stay and it’s a great location that is very close to the tube so you can get around London easily.
