Our stay at the Cambridge Hotel Medan was very pleasant. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist, Ms. Fira. Check-in was quick and easy. One of our rooms was upgraded from a superior to a deluxe room. The hotel facilities were quite good: the room was clean, the bathroom clean, and the shower powerful. The hotel's location is truly strategic, close to Plaza Medan Fair, Center Point Mall, Medan Station, and also culinary spots that are also great souvenir shops. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were very clean. Overall, I had a wonderful stay here. Thank you, AIHO Hotel Medan, for the experience and memories. :)

We really enjoyed the overall vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. The property is charming, comfortable, and made our family stay a pleasant experience. The only downside was that our room required us to climb stairs, which was a bit challenging as we were traveling with family and carrying several heavy suitcases. It would be more convenient if guests with larger luggage or elderly family members could be assigned rooms with lift access. Overall, we had a good experience and would gladly stay here again. Next time, we would probably choose a room on a level that is accessible by lift. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

This is my second stay at this hotel. The room is super clean, the furniture is very aesthetic, and the room is spacious and comfortable. I originally booked a smoking room because the non-smoking room was no longer available, but I made a special request to be upgraded to a non-smoking room, and it was approved. I received a welcome cake for the second time, and the receptionist, Mr. Fama, helped me with the service. The receptionist was humble and helpful as always. - Intan
