This is my second stay at this hotel. The room is super clean, the furniture is very aesthetic, and the room is spacious and comfortable. I originally booked a smoking room because the non-smoking room was no longer available, but I made a special request to be upgraded to a non-smoking room, and it was approved. We really enjoyed the overall vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. The property is charming, comfortable, and made our family stay a pleasant experience. The only downside was that our room required us to climb stairs, which was a bit challenging as we were traveling with family and carrying several heavy suitcases. It would be more convenient if guests with larger luggage or elderly family members could be assigned rooms with lift access. Overall, we had a good experience and would gladly stay here again. Next time, we would probably choose a room on a level that is accessible by lift. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

A great and convenient hotel, facility also above ok, clean and comfort ambiance, helpful, friendly and hospitable hotel staff regret not have a chance for taking any picture inside of the room, same quality from reality and picture display. Near from central culture of Medan such as Maimun Palace and Masjid Raya you can using transport becak with reasonable price. Various of food near the hotel with tasty flavour. Pleasant and nice place to stay . Thanks OS Residence. Hopefully see you again in our next trip. xoxo
