Overall, staying at the Grand Cityhall hotel was really great!! The hotel is comfortable, strategically located, close to everywhere, near Deli Park mall, and the surrounding area is also busy because of many events🥺 Initially I booked a deluxe, but it turned out there was a renovation, so I was upgraded to a premier deluxe, which is also a very cozy room. And honestly… OMG, the view 🥺✨ is so beautiful, the room is modern and super comfy😍 I want to highlight that the staff are very kind and helpful... they immediately provide solutions whenever asked for help, the staff service is really champion!! Friendly, responsive, and communicative. So, the experience is still really good, especially the staff at the restaurant, Kak Ade is one of the staff who is really helpful at the restaurant, helping get our food. I will definitely consider coming back again and hopefully the hotel will be more successful in the future☺️

A great and convenient hotel, facility also above ok, clean and comfort ambiance, helpful, friendly and hospitable hotel staff regret not have a chance for taking any picture inside of the room, same quality from reality and picture display. Near from central culture of Medan such as Maimun Palace and Masjid Raya you can using transport becak with reasonable price. Various of food near the hotel with tasty flavour.
