The hotel turned out to be brand new. The location is strategic, with ample parking for several cars and 24-hour security. The room was clean. Due to construction work next to my original room, I decided to move across the street. The staff was prompt in assisting me, and the new room was inspected and cleaned beforehand. I'll definitely stay here again if I go back to Bandung, as the price and service are excellent.

All the staff here are very friendly, even though my husband and I stayed here using public transportation, did not bring a private vehicle (motorcycle/car) but the staff did not discriminate, all were served in a friendly manner, especially the restaurant staff who was on duty for f&b service today did a very good job, the food was finished (chicken and eggs) but he informed me without me asking beforehand that he would give the chicken & eggs directly to my table, I really do not regret choosing this hotel for my husband & I honeymoon❤️🫶🏻 Will be a regular here, please maintain everything, service, cleanliness etc.

As always, Meize has remained our first choice for budget hotel business trips in my office. I had a wonderful stay at Royal Safari Garden Resort & Convention. The service was excellent, the facilities were complete and well-maintained, and the hotel is very kids-friendly, making it perfect for a family vacation.
