Quite disappointed on the level of attention and service. The receptionist said that our booking was not relayed thus when we arrived at 4.30 PM last May 19, our room is not ready. Coming from a 10-12 hour trip and knowing that you cannot even use your paid room at a hostel is really not a great experience.
To add, we paid for a triple sharing room but what was given to us was for twin-sharing, because the triple sharing is not available, so was our stay good or bad? It is simply the little things that irritate guests/travelers like me and my companion. On our first day, we already mentioned that we will leave early the next morning so they can prepare the breakfast for us, but then when we went to the "dining area", there's no one we can ask about the breakfast nor it was already prepared. Yet again, it happened on the next day. I never got to eat breakfast before my flight. There's a lot of things they can do better but they don't take it seriously and this is where they will be given bad reviews. Will I demand at least a fair service? Of course! Triple sharing vs deluxe room? There's even no initiation of refund from them.
