Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the cool and romantic mountain atmosphere. The friendly and courteous service from the hotel staff added to our comfort and made us feel at home. The service and facilities were very satisfying. There was also entertainment, allowing us to play and have fun with our beloved family. Our whole family felt very satisfied and entertained. During the Isra Miraj holiday, we were forced to take a smoking room because we couldn't get a non-smoking room. Amazingly, the room didn't smell of cigarettes at all and smelled great. Kudos to the room maintenance team. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was provided with Dove soap. The most impressive thing was the breakfast, with plenty of choices, all delicious, and no one was disappointed. And it's great that they have gluten-free bread, and it tastes delicious too. Kudos again to the Holiday Inn team. We were satisfied with our stay here and if we plan to go back to Bandung, we will stay here again. Thank you, Holiday Inn.
