All the staff here are very friendly, even though my husband and I stayed here using public transportation, did not bring a private vehicle (motorcycle/car) but the staff did not discriminate, all were served in a friendly manner, especially the restaurant staff who was on duty for f&b service today did a very good job, the food was finished (chicken and eggs) but he informed me without me asking beforehand that he would give the chicken & eggs directly to my table, I really do not regret choosing this hotel for my husband & I honeymoon❤️🫶🏻 Will be a regular here, please maintain everything, service, cleanliness etc.

The hotel turned out to be brand new. The location is strategic, with ample parking for several cars and 24-hour security. The room was clean. Due to construction work next to my original room, I decided to move across the street. The staff was prompt in assisting me, and the new room was inspected and cleaned beforehand. I'll definitely stay here again if I go back to Bandung, as the price and service are excellent.

The most comfortable, beautiful, quiet, and clean hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. The hotel and restaurant cafe staff are all friendly. The service is excellent. The food and drink prices at the cafe are affordable, with discounts for hotel guests. The strategic location is close to the culinary destinations I want to go to, only about a 4-10 minute walk. Great accommodation. Cleanliness is maintained, both in the rooms and the surrounding area. The fish pond is quite unique, complete with a boat for exploring. I left my power bank in the room, but the staff confirmed it and sent it back to the address and it was received in good condition. OUTSTANDING. If the maximum hotel rating was 5 stars, I would give Sapulidi Resort 6 or 7 stars.
