I always choose Tentrem Semarang every time I visit the city, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, making me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrive. The breakfast selection is impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The hotel is spotlessly clean, which adds to the comfort of the stay. One of my favorite features is the pool—it's beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect not just for relaxing, but also for doing some proper swimming practice. We had such a delightful and impressive experience staying at Padma Hotel Semarang. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. What truly stood out was their excellent service; every staff member we encountered, whether at the front desk, hallways, or restaurant, was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The facilities were another highlight that made us fall in love with the hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe Room with a bathtub, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, beautifully scented, and we were lucky to get one with a stunning view. The kids’ playground offered various safe and fun options for children, which was perfect since our visit coincided with the school holiday season. There were also plenty of activities for children, making the experience enjoyable not only for parents but especially for our little ones. About the food; honestly, everything was delicious! There wasn’t a single dish we didn’t like. Huge thanks to the chef and the entire kitchen team for serving such high-quality meals. During breakfast, the restaurant staff were also incredibly efficient and attentive. Although we had a packed itinerary, and our child didn’t get the chance to enjoy the foam party at the kids' pool, we are already planning to return in the future. Such an amazing experience for stay in grandika hotel pemuda, their staff so warm and welcome but I didn't get big bed that I request on my order, swimming pool so gorgeous when sunset coming, they serve delicious food for breakfast, hopefully I can return again with my family.

It surprised me for the first time. To enter the lobby, we must go to car park than got welcomed in lobby. What an experience in first impression; I was like superstar who came to hotel but from secret way, hahahaha. The room is great too; it was a huge room for me and staff were definitely hotelier staffs. Love this hotel so much !

Centrally located in Jalan Pemuda, close by to Simpang Lima and malls. Design of the the hotel is kinda cool, room is clean and neat. Outdoor pool in the rooftop is the highlight of the hotel. Sunset view is awesome. What I don’t like (and its pretty crucial) is the wall is so air thin, that you can hear people’s sound beside the room. This is rather not very convenient especially if you get some noisy neighbor.

I'm so happy to stay in the first night at Holiday Inn Express Semarang in room 1206, that's why I decided to extend another one night here. The cleanliness is excellent. The only problem is only coming from 2 things. 1st coming from the smell from the towel. Before I used the smell was like mold. And 2nd the guy in the front office not so nice compared to the girls and the young guy (I forgot his name, but I think he is the older) maybe it because when I coming to the reception I was wearing short pants, flip flop, and mess shirt. As a person who also works in hospitality please do not classify people by how they look. The guest is always a guest. Don't show them any fake smiles. But overall I love the food, the cleanliness, the security system from the entrance is amazing.

Just have disappointed with the water shower. It’s worse because they have 2 ways. The water not really strong. When we have shower, the water will be go anywhere. REZ Hotel

I arrived at the hotel at 10 PM, already very tired. After completing the check-in process, I went to my room but couldn’t open the door. I had to return to the front desk and needed staff assistance to finally get in. The explanation given was a system issue, but since one of the two rooms could be opened and the other couldn't, I don't think it was purely a system problem. Then, after washing up and getting ready to rest, I pulled back the covers and found a very noticeable stain on the bed sheet. I was too exhausted to ask the hotel to change it at that point. When I mentioned these issues during check-out in the morning, the front desk didn’t seem very professional and showed no reaction at all. The hotel’s design and décor are quite nice, but the attention to detail really needs improvement.

Sans Hotel Empress Simpang Lima

Love the location. It's near Simpang Lima so you can walk to tourist spots near there. The staffs are friendly and helpful (they help us carry the bag to our room on the 3rd floor and also help us with the parking lot). Limited parking space but the staff will help you. It's in the narrow road. My room was spacious even for four people, even the bathroom is large. AC works well fighting with the sun of Semarang.

Big Studio Room at Sentraland88

Strategic location, really close to walk to Simpang Lima area. The room is very clean and can easily accommodate up to 4 pax. Bathroom is also very clean, but a small drawback is that the shower curtain is too short so the floor got wet after taking a bath. We were assisted by Pak Rolly, who was very friendly and helpful. Really recommend this place and would love to stay here again.
