How to Get There

By Train

The destination is reachable by MRT. Coming by MRT from Clarke Quay, it would take only 23 minutes to reach the destination. From SGD 1, you can sit back and relax while enjoying the view throughout the journey. The subway is available every five minutes.

By Bus

Sengkang is accessible by bus. If you are thinking of coming by bus, from Armenian Ch, take Line 80 bus to Opp Blk 223D. The duration of the journey is around one hour and 23 minutes. Sengkang Swimming Complex

Situated in Sengkang, this public swimming complex is managed by Sports Singapore. It opens on Tuesday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. The complex is closed on Monday for maintenance purposes. Officially opened in August 2008, this swimming complex houses three pools and thrilling slides which are multi-slide, free fall, speed slide and twist slides! Sounds exciting, right? This child-friendly place is suitable for families to come and enjoy recreational activities. Sengkang Riverside Park

Sengkang Riverside is a riverine park situated at Anchorvale which is around 1 kilometre from Sengkang. It consists of three open land parcels and a built wetland. This park has a large area which is 21 hectares. It was officially opened to the public In November 2008. There is a Visitor Centre which is located at the central part of the park. Public toilets and vending machines can be spotted at the Visitor Centre. The most interesting part of this park is that it has Fruit Tree Trail that houses 16 different fruit trees like an ordeal, custard apple, pond apple, java olive, pomelo, lime, starfruit and wine palm. In addition to that, fitness enthusiasts can make use of the facilities provided to cycle or exercise at the park. Resting points are placed along the promenade throughout the park.
