The hot tub was not working properly but hopefully they got it fixed but the pool was great. The room was very clean and the view of the falls was the best.

Only nice thing was the amazing view,the bathrooms small n not hotel standard,the room dusty and carpet looks dirty .staff was unpleasant and i asked for a lifejacket for my daighter they said they will check and get back to me but never did.

Even the hotel says The New Oakes, the washroom needs an overhaul. Vents are not clean. Ceiling had stains. Floor was sticky. Yes, view from the room was excellent but for the amount of money they charge, one expects a top notch room condition. Parking was too expensive, $50 overnight and it is not even 24 hours of duration.
