Great service from the girls at Front Desk. Rooms were clean and location was great. Will stay again.

We loved it. Felt away from the business but still so close to the centre.

Large spacious room, I had a good restful sleep in comfortable bed. Although I felt that the rooms were very over-priced for the value. Parking for my room was a bit of an issue, because there was not any parking near my room (due to the first responder / fire zone) near the laundry room for my building. The first night, I heard some strange rumbling plumbing pipes as noises in the room above me overnight, later resulting in an 18" long crack in the ceiling above the tile on my bathroom floor between shower & toilet. But fortunately no evidence of a plumbing leak, at least not yet during my visit. I notified the office upon check-out about that. Otherwise, a good visit. The complimentary city bus pass was great for getting into town to eat dinner (#2 bus line), with the bus stop being down near the office.

Room was well equipped, clean, close to town, and very clean. Beds are very comfortable.

The steam room is super dark and old. The hallway smells disgusting.

This is a nice property located near some very scenic fields with stunning mountain views. Although there is no restaurant at this property there is a restaurant in the adjacent property, you can also eat in your room with a small kitchen. Parking can be quite tight, likely especially in winter with snow. To walk to town would be a good stroll down the hill and great exercise getting back up, transit passes were provided for local Banff busses. We stayed here with a group while running the Melissa's race. The cabin itself was well laid out, clean, and had enough room for our group. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I booked through expedia and was struggling to get them to help me change guest numbers to avoid extra fees. Even though that should have been on expedia to fix it, it was the hotel that helped- willingly and within minutes to make sure I was charged the correct amount. Thanks for the great stay and willingness to help!

The room was cozy and clean. I thought it was tight for 7 people. (Better for 6 or less.) The steam room and sauna are tired looking, but they worked. The dishwasher needed some adjusting to get it to slide out. The firewood bundles and free a.m. coffee are a nice touch.

Great location. Comfortable with transportation to Banff downtown. Minor improvements will make this place even better: There are no dressing mirrors other than the one in the bathroom in the premium suite we stayed in. No chain lock for the entry door.

It is a very good place. We had great time. Staff is very responsive.

The condo itself was a great space that was clean and well stocked. The property could use some updating in terms of the laundry room, gym and just overall up keep. I would recommend to stay here! The staff was very helpful, our condo was the perfect size to cook meals and was clean and also a short distance into the town of Banff. About a 3-4 minute drive.

We found this unit had everything we needed but the lounge was grubby and carpet needs replacing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Having public transport out the front was very convenient.

Our second stay at Tunnel Mountain and we would highly recommended everything about it. The free shuttle took the worry out of parking in town. Very quiet, Great beds and bathroom. The kitchenette was handy for breakfast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved it.

This was, emphasis on was once a beautiful property. Reviews and the rating stars are of the past not the present condition.the place is rundown, poorly managed and in desperate need of repairs, upkeep, maintenance and updating. It is so filthy, that we tossed the socks we used to walk on the floors. Equipment being old, and the place being filthy was topped by unfamiliar and unhelpful from the staff who attempted to help that seem to be unfamiliar with their property and their job. The carpets were old and dirty, couch was stained all over made you uncomfortable to sit and they laminated floor sticky even when you were walking with your socks on. Lack of care is present everywhere including all the remotes with the battery door hanging and not closing even the replacement ones that they gave us, a broken old coffee pot a percolator one that doesn't work, dry powder milk creamer coffee creamer and a tea selection that is only orange pico and a place that is Kitchener equipped by without a single roll of paper towel or anything to wipe with

Room is cozy, highly recommended for family vacation and staff are friendly!
