Thank you to Ms. Ariana, the front office staff who helped me check in. She gave me a free late check-out at 1 PM. The room was also very clean and cool. The bellboy/doorman was also very friendly. The housekeeping staff, Kay, who knows what, worked quickly, neatly, and cleanly. She ensured my room was perfectly clean. They even made the towels in the room into swan shapes (sorry, I lost the paper that asked you to write down your name and put it on the desk in the room, but I read your name was similar to mine, but I forgot your last name, brother. Please accept my apology). The room, lobby, and rooftop have been beautifully renovated. My last stay was in 2019, before Covid. I'll definitely be back. The price is reasonable, the service is good, and it's right in the heart of KL Sentral. It's easy to find food and transportation. And most importantly, the hotel's lighting is bright and there's no spooky or haunted feeling. I'm not someone who dares to sleep alone, but I couldn't help but sleep alone and soundly (the lights and TV were still on). :) Thank you to all the Easy Hotel staff. When I checked in, the hotel staff was very helpful. I requested a clean room on the upper floors, and the staff readily agreed. While many reviews on other platforms were negative, thankfully my family and I found a clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Although my room didn't include breakfast, there's a 24-hour cafeteria in the lobby. The food was delicious, perfect for Indonesian tastes. The staff were also friendly. The most memorable part was when I wanted to check out at 8 a.m. and informed the receptionist, who immediately informed me that my deposit could be collected. I'll definitely stay here again if I return to Malaysia. Thank you 💓

Hotel is very near to the MRT, Central Market, Petaling Street, and other beautiful areas. The service was friendly. Staff are very welcoming and provided accurate information. We were allowed to check in early. When we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage while we continued exploring the surrounding area. Security guards are nice and helpful. The room was comfortable.

We arrived slightly earlier for check-in, they were able to accommodate us and there were rooms already available. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and the checking in process was smooth and pleasant. We had the hotel breakfast, highly recommended. I think it's the best among the top hotels in KL city centre. The variety was great, the quality and the taste was great. The wait staff were efficient. It was a very good experience on both the days. The pool was family-friendly, it had a slide, which was great for families with kids. Overall, an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi code worked well, good enough to stream Netflix and YouTube on multiple devices at the same time. Overall, we would definitely come back again if we have the opportunity to.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful during my check-in late after midnight. The room was super spacious, clean, with amenities beyond expectation such as water kettle, mini fridge, hot shower, iron, and hair dryer. The view was amazing, and the proximity to KL Sentral had me sold. Beyond expectation given the price of a night stay. Perfect for getting some rest before/after travelling to/from KL Sentral.

The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

Our family's favorite hotel when we visit KL. - Strategic location (near NU Sentral, Tun Sambanthan monorail station, KL Sentral station) - Next to the hotel is a delicious nasi kandar restaurant, close to a supermarket, a fruit shop, and quite close to a money changer. - Very affordable price for this location and quality of hotel :) - Very friendly staff. - Clean, comfortable rooms, cool and adjustable AC, not cramped. During our stay, we never encountered any broken room facilities, the elevator is large and not slow. - Quiet atmosphere, not noisy. - I once booked a room on the app last minute, and upon arrival, the check-in process was fast and the room was ready immediately. 👍
