It’s a great hotel. Ideal location to KL and PJ. As it’s attached to a shopping mall, there are so many shops to dine in and do window shopping. Everyone is friendly and nothing is too much of trouble. We have stayed here at least 5 times. No mosquitoes and the hotel is well maintained.

I really enjoyed staying at City Central Hotel because it is strategically located for tourists, across from the NU Sentral mall and directly connected to KL Sentral station, which is one of the main transit points for public transportation, which in my personal opinion is an important point because it makes it easier to travel. The service was excellent, the receptionist was friendly and the bellboy was also very responsive and friendly. The welcome drink was very refreshing and there was also a gallon for refilling drinking water which was very useful. The room was comfortable, the power outlets and other electronic devices worked well. Overall, I was happy and comfortable while staying at City Central Hotel. If I have the opportunity to visit Kuala Lumpur again, I will definitely stay at City Central Hotel.

I always feel satisfied no matter where I stay at Ascott, and Ascott KL Sentral is no exception. Access to the train station is very easy, there is a shuttle service from the hotel to the station and back, the mall is nearby, there are many restaurants nearby, the rooms are spacious, the amenities are complete, and the service is excellent🙏

The staff are very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very fast. The room is very large and clean. My 5 days in KL were very comfortable. Bukit Bintang and Alor are very close, and finding food is very easy. The gym and pool facilities are excellent. I will definitely come back to stay here again. 👍❤️

Our stay at Hotel Royal Signature was outstanding from start to finish. The Executive Suite (got a room with a view of 118 Tower), Executive Plus, and Executive King rooms were modern, spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, delivering true 5-star comfort. The executive lounge was another highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities. A special mention goes to the thoughtful honeymoon setup arranged in the Executive King room, which created a memorable and romantic experience for the newlyweds. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. Special thanks to Arif (Reservations), Justin and Amir (Reception), and Pei (Executive Lounge) for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The only area with room for improvement would be the buffet breakfast and in-room dining menu. While the selection was decent, we felt the overall taste and quality of some dishes could be enhanced to better match the hotel's otherwise exceptional 5-star standards. Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Royal Signature for family gatherings, celebrations, special occasions, or a luxurious city stay. We look forward to returning.

We arrived slightly earlier for check-in, they were able to accommodate us and there were rooms already available. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and the checking in process was smooth and pleasant. We had the hotel breakfast, highly recommended. I think it's the best among the top hotels in KL city centre. The variety was great, the quality and the taste was great. The wait staff were efficient. It was a very good experience on both the days. The pool was family-friendly, it had a slide, which was great for families with kids. Overall, an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Wi-Fi code worked well, good enough to stream Netflix and YouTube on multiple devices at the same time. Overall, we would definitely come back again if we have the opportunity to.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful during my check-in late after midnight. The room was super spacious, clean, with amenities beyond expectation such as water kettle, mini fridge, hot shower, iron, and hair dryer. The room is quite spacious, quite clean, the view is really nice, access to Alor is easy, just cross the road. What we liked most was that access doesn't require a key, just use the barcode 👍. Security is also safe. The kids really liked the swimming pool, the water is clean, spacious, and the view is beautiful. Everything was okay and fun.

The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to large malls, making it a convenient place to stay when on a short trip in KL. The room was clean and provided all the needed amenities. The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

I have been staying in Myhotel KL Sentral for more than 8 times. It is strategically located, clean, and the staff are friendly. The room that I was given this time was a clean one and not so noisy. Although can still hear sounds of motorcycles or people talking below the unit, but this is acceptable for the money we pay. I strongly recommend this hotel for a short trip in KL!
